My mother never made me go to a place alone, and she always felt that I was irresponsible. It was a long time ago now, after a year with the Kafr El Sheikh Runners team, she started to trust me and get an opinion on everything that Kafr El Sheikh Runners did, because I learned a lot from you.

I was a spectator like most people, I was going to come to them and say what are these people doing until I asked a boy from them and he told me about the idea and introduced me to the one responsible for them and since that day I have been with them in fitness exercises and thank God I was able to lose weight with them and return to the shape of youth as in the past and I knew that age is just a number among them may God honor them .

I regularly participate in different races and sporting events, but seriously, one of the most wonderful races I participated in was the Kafr El-Sheikh Marathon.
